True, that is why I would like an option to either retain the reviewers from previous stages, or start from blank each time. We’ve had some terrible mistakes where the wrong people got a proof they shouldn’t have because the designer forgot to delete the list.

That’s weird, it works for me without a problem. Maybe check the start and finish dates of the project and make sure your -4 days isn’t trying to calculate to a date before the project start date?
