Hi I don’t see a way to recalculate the expression???? I am copy/pasting the expression into “additional settings” and then saving. I looked at the Help website and don’t see any screenshots that show what it means to recalculate,

I FINALLY got our creative team to use the custom form for a brief and now they are saying that one of the fields cuts them off and they need more character count. I used the Text Box / Paragraph Text Box / L which is the largest text box I can find. Anybody run into this and have a solution?

My problem right now is with proof notifications. All new people default to "daily summary" which is the worst, and it can't be changed. Also, no matter what the settings for a person who adds a new reviewer, they always default to "daily summary" even if you have changed their default to "disabled....

So I just did all this, twice on each form because the first time I got stuck with one of the forms not accepting the formula. And now Request by Who has no data at all from any of the forms. I can’t tell if it lost the data when I removed the field, or it’s now just not working across the board.

We also do not to use Onedrive to share documents, because they expire, and too many people complain they can’t access. You can control access via Sharepoint company settings, if your IT is willing to spend the time to figure it out.
