If the design team uploads the proof, where would they put it if there is no request to attach it to? Your way adds steps, and the way it is currently adds steps. If the designer makes a proof before the request is submitted -- where is the request they attach it to -- it has to go to something and ...

They need a login and some semblance of a layout template to submit requests via the website. What I would like is for non-licensed reviewer licenses to be able to upload a proof, make edits on it and then submit the request to make the edits on their proof.

Cross project predecessors still don't generate a working link to the other project. Very frustrating. Anybody heard about this lately?

The only choice is "Queue Topic Name" and it pulls each one, I don't have a choice of "Main Queue Topic" -- do you have that?

Every week we review all the open requests as a group and I show a report on my screen for us to look at. My problem is I can't organize them in a way that makes sense. When I do it by Queue Topic it lists all the sub-topics separately and they aren't all together and they don't alphabetize properly...

Click on the bottom manage subscriptions and you will find the options. Good luck navigating to them, I can't figure out where that screen is otherwise. 

I was getting 2 digests that looked different from each other but were almost the same and I put in a ticket. Turns out I had an old profile that was spitting out digests so they deleted one. Maybe that happened to you to? When they moved to Adobe I found several things with this community went bonk...
