I def like this....we have a few admins who do not work in the minutia of custom forms and routing - portfolio building etc and have ability to make bad things happen. I currently have views (just added custom columns) that allows me to see who has viewed what report and how many times - this month/...

I have run into this problem also, especially when crossing internal depts. - ie: Digital Mktg jobs that require a designer or copywriter. (since majority do not) I have to filter by Digital Portfolio and then make sure to include anything with a design or copy task....gets cumbersome. great idea!

where do we vote? I often have to copy and past from several areas of a project to provide vendor information etc and it would be so much easier if we could edit the update....as opposed to leaving it hang or deleting and re-copy paste.
