Only being able to put a project in one portfolio leads to projects being created multiple times so that each director can manage their team members work...

For deeplinking - ability to link directly to a team's Working on Tab so you don't have to navigate to it every time from the people tab by selecting the team and then selecting Working on. I have Director's who just want to jump to their team from an external email or word document.
