If you are in an environment where the timesheets don't need to be approved, enable the admin to disable the approval process and have timesheets autoapprove and post.

Have Workfront read the calendar you have connected for project meetings or task activities and suggest time to log against the project or task.

For SOX/Audit purposes the ability to lock a document from all future edits is really important.
