We are experiencing the same issue. We're assuming it's something on our tech side's end where they need to allow the connection from a security standpoint? But haven't investigated further yet. Did you find a solution?
Same, @_Manish_Singh. I should have said the same - I can enter the text, but I cannot save it. @JenniferMa10 if your users can save the custom text I would suggest sending in a Support ticket as I don't think that's by design.
