Has anyone built a report where the document thumbnail shows in a report against a project. It could also be filtered/grouped by portfolio or program.

This update happens until a request is converted to a project. This seems like a bug and doesn't make sense why a non related person to the request has their name show up. For example, a request was made by a team member to the Q. It hadn't been touched yet. Another person made a request and loaded...
