Is anyone out there fully embracing the agile functionality in WF or Scrum?

I'm sort of using it for sprint cycles with my team, but curious to learn the best set up, pitfalls, etc. We are using New Experience.

My team uses a blend of Kanban and Scrum for our agile processes. Our "Scrum" is not 100% pure because of the nature of our work and how our dept organized. Our Kanban workflows are for requests that are small in scope, or urgent.
