  • Following because I'd like to figure this out as well! I set up a calculated custom field form that shows current data, but I haven't been able to find out how to track changes over time. Maddy Martin

  • Correct me if I'm wrong, but will the users be uploading new versions of the same file (instead of uploading a new file with their initials)? If so, you would have to give them Plan licenses and make sure their proofing permissions (found in WF user setttings, not ProofHQ) are set to Supervisor or a...

  • We recently looked into this so I thought I'd share our findings in case it's helpful! :) Tim is correct, you can create a new custom form for these kind of internal notes and use the field as a column in your report. While creating the form, be sure to go to Form Sharing and select what users/group...

  • Ability to set report column widths based on % of available space (or at least improve the current "content aware" auto-width feature)! Workfront's reports are supposed to be content aware when choosing automatic column widths, however this is not the case. We see reports every day where the column ...

  • I recently asked Support about this, and unfortunately you can't size based on % of space. If you force the width of one column via text mode, the following columns will lose their "content aware auto-sizing" so you have to manually set every following column after that if you want the report to loo...

  • Hi @Dustin Martin ! I came across this thread today while trying to find a way to inline edit Updates on a task report. Is that functionality still unavailable? Looks like it's been awhile since you posted this comment, so I wanted to check. :) Thank you! Maddy Martin

  • I'm more fond of using assignment users than assigned to @Skye Hansen Can I ask what the distinction is between these two fields? This is something we've been trying to figure out as we work to standardize our reports. I know "assigned to" well enough, but I can't seem to pin down exactly what "assi...
