User Profile Changes Note Report

Hi All I'm looking to create a report where i can look at all the profile changes that have been made to a user. As an example i used to use the update feed for that user, but once they have done 200 updates across Workfront i am unable to now see when something like a layout template was changed for that user. If someone could tell me what report prompt and filters i should use to set this up so that i can run a report against a user profile of my choice that would be great. Thanks Jonathan Thain BT Group

Following because I'd like to figure this out as well! I set up a calculated custom field form that shows current data, but I haven't been able to find out how to track changes over time. Maddy Martin
