Would it be easier to change over and start using WORKMINUTESDIFF instead? As in WORKMINUTESDIFF (Date 2, Date 1)/60 -skye

thanks Rick, I wish it were as clear as that. A lot of projects are shared out with teams and random folks so one of the parts of my cleanup was going to be to figure out who all these people are and whether or not they should be shared with  -skye

hi there, were you able to access the link I referenced above? Workfront Support wrote a lovely section on how constraints come to be. Is there some way, on a template report, to show the project's "shared with"? i.e. If a project were created from this template, who would it be shared with? -skye

thanks Narayan! Our instance has a lot of templates that employ use of queue topics, so I made the following changes to the report in order to audit templates. In Groupings:group.0.displayname=Request Typegroup.0.textmode=truegroup.0.valuefield=queueDef:template:namegroup.0.valueformat=stringgroup.1...

thanks Vincent, I think we tried that and it didn't work (we normally default to curly braces around all custom fields and let Workfront automatically delete whatever it doesn't want). But I'll certainly tinker with it again and see. (Edit: it's working now :), not sure why it didn't work before) -s...

on our teams, the solution we're trying is to have automatic baselines created, and then at the end of the project, we set the default baselines so that the reports may run correctly. -skye

I agree with Karen, there's already a Parameter ID field, and I would rather copy/paste this string than have to figure out what combination of brackets and slashes I need.

you can only refer to the default baseline. You would have to specify which baseline is the default one and move from there. I always feel like it's best if every baseline is created manually and then the decision can be made at that point which one is the default baseline. But I know others prefer ...
