Allow projects to be colour coded statically (set once and stay that colour) in the Workload balancer. This would be really helpful to know for our Traffic Managers in our Studio. At the moment, they're having to go through the Balancer on a daily (or sometimes twice-daily) to make sure that our creatives aren't overbooked.
