Would argue that this definitely isn't delivered - as it's missed a key requirement as described in the suggestion: Notifications.Unless this is planned for a future release - this idea should be marked as not delivered.

Or simply having the option to bulk paste these lists into the system with one entry per line (and possibly with a delineator for Label/Value).I'm having the same issue - but doesn't seem to be nearly as bad as what you're describing!
