I just change the status to on hold or cancel on our projects - i don't do any other modifications, nor do I delete anything related to the project, users, hours, - nothing - I leave all in the state it is, for the sake of history. Benetta Perry APS

When emailing a report, the send to option only send the attached report based on the "report default" view - not the view that the report is created using. This is very confusing. This makes emailing a report - unusable - as the report as shown in the pdf attachment, will not show the true report ...

Well I lied - when the report is run from the email - it takes you to the Workfront login screen. Earlier, it was running under my ID - and I did not realize that. How do I get pass the Workfront login screen - over 400 clients - we do not want to assign them WF userids. Thanks. Benetta Perry APS

I have created a report to show the milestone using the out of the box milestone view. I sent the report to my test email. The resulting email contains an attachment pdf file - that pdf file does not contain the information (milestones) - this is very confusing. I want the option to not attach this ...

Actually, I can see the milestones view when I click on the link (project name) but there is an attachment in the email that does NOT show the milestone view - thus much confusion - that attachment needs to not be included - opened a ticket to see if I can do this. Thanks. Benetta Perry APS
