Was your problem, of tasks not displaying, intermittent or permanent - you all saw none - and was it all users or just some - trying to determine if I need to open a ticket or not, to see if I have a corrupted column etc .... Thanks Benetta Perry APS

Nelson, To prevent this. I added additional statuses to display on the DONE button, so if it was clicked (accidentally or intentionally) a pull down selection menu will appear. Ian, Yes. Inside of the project, edit your view, add a column, search "ref" under task there is reference number, select it. Save your view. You should see a reference number column when looking inside of the project, next to each task. Benetta Perry APS
