Agree, this is important! In the meantime, we found that using the Advanced Search option provides better output - in a report format that can be filtered/sorted/exported. It's an extra step to do this, but we did share with our users who use Search frequently.

Our users have asked if the Search Results could appear in chronological order. We search Projects and would like to be able to have results appear with the most recent projects appearing at the top of the list. Thanks!

We need an easier way to determine who has approved, or approved with changes, rejected on previous versions, so we only send new versions to selected reviewers. I agree. We need links from the ProofHQ dashboard to the associated Projects in Workfront. We now have to use the reference number and search it in Workfront to go to the corresponding project. We use the Updates and Custom fields regularly, so it is not enough to just follow a document in ProofHQ....
