ProofHQ integrated - Comparing versions for routing

We need an easier way to determine who has approved, or approved with changes, rejected on previous versions, so we only send new versions to selected reviewers. We don't always need to send a new version to everyone again. Comparing the versions after utilizing the templates takes longer than when we were using Document approvals in WF.

    I do understand this. However we leave everyone on incase their piece of the proof was changed by another person and they can catch it. Otherwise we have to go back to version 1 and see who said 100% and just change them to reviewer only. this does not hold the time line up and they can look at it if they want. A quick reference on version 2, as to what the previous decisions were would be a perk to the program. Not sure how it would work or look but maybe it could be to the side of their name like the bubbles that the email notifications are in, but unchangeable.
