Is there a way to move a document from a Request to the Resolving Project using Fusion? We have cases where submitters are adding documents to their Requests after they've been converted to Projects. This is causing delays and confusion.

If I set a limit of 5 documents per submission, the custom form would have to have duplicated fields, ie. Doc1 - Audience, Doc2 - Audience, Doc3 - Audience, etc. Any way around that? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Or ideally, I would like to have a column with the people that a project is shared with and what types of rights they have to the project (View/Contribute/Manage).

I would like to include an image of a static list next to a report in a dashboard. I could have sworn I saw someone post a way to do this at one point but I can't find that thread any longer. I think it had something to do with creating a descriptive text field.
