I want my PMs to be able to see financial information and planned cost, etc, but I do not want them to be able to see the individual user's cost per hour. Is there a way to hide this from anyone that is not an admin?

Chris, For the most part, yes. A timesheet should always have at least 40 hours on it. We do have a couple people that only work 4 days a week, so they are only putting 32 hours on their timesheets.
