This is similar to what we do.  We have a Watch Documents Event and it searches for projects in a specific group ID. We then pull the project data including the document detail and folders.  Then it only passes through if the document is in the specific folder we identify.

Yes we did this last year.  We export out and drop into a OneDrive folder on Sunday evenings and Tableau reads the data to update.     

Do you have fusion? This would be a great case to create projects for the year quickly

Has anyone been able to read cross project predecessor information in Fusion?  We are trying to read the predecessor projected completion date to then reset the planned start date on the second project to have accurate capacity planning.  Project A - Task 3 need to be completed  for Project B Task 1...

I think that's the issue. I'm logged out and asked to log in again through the console.  It says I'm logged in as the user but the priorities page is showing only my information. The other areas are theirs. 

Has anyone been playing around with the new Priorities area in preview? I can't seem to be able to log in as another user to see what their Priorities area looks like for them.
