If you switch the calendar to the week view you can see all the entries on each day and looks like that top box scales week by week depending on how many entries.  A simple solution would be make the boxes scalable for each row when on the month view to accommodate the listings.  ...

The boxes for each calendar day are just too small to show the data easily.  The menu on the left side should be collapsable as well like the left menu on projects. 

This is not ideal behavior. There's no record of your checklist of what's been completed.  Why not let them stay on there? 

This is a common topic for our groups.  There are other platforms similar to Workfront that allow the branding and have better user adoption for users.  

I agree. Sometimes it takes longer than 1 month or we just can't get to something due to capacity or PTO. A way to search past that would be helpful.

I wish we could do this too.  Sometimes we have several different documents with similar approval paths that we could bulk edit.  You can bulk share documents, so why not bulk add a simple approval process? 

We have also received escalations on this. It's too many clicks now to move something around. It's not efficient for the users. As well as the tab closes when you move it one to the left.  This is how the list values used to work in custom form fields and it was miserable to move things up and down ...

I agree! Or place some sort of tagging on the report. Our current work around is the naming convention is very strict with the group name starting the report and then the report name so I can find them easier. The folders only work on my view as well.
