Calendar "More" Listings

The recent calendar look/feel upgrade from May 2025 no longer allows multiple entries (more than 2) from displaying for each date. Instead, the user needs to click on the "more" option which appears on any date with more than 2 entries. The text is light grey, blends in with the background, and is easy to miss. It's causing confusion among our users who do not see their entry and are unaware of the "more" functionality.

We would like the option in Setup to turn off "more" and simply display all the entries, which was the standard prior to the May 2025 update.

I agree that the "x more" is hard to see. Perhaps it could be in a colour plus italics.

I'm not sure if it would be possible to have an option to show all entries, because sometimes this could be dozens or even hundreds of tasks (of course that would reflect pretty bad work management but I can see it happening).    However, I think maybe part of the answer is to show only 4 weeks on the monthly view rather than the current 6 weeks.  By doing this it could allow more rows to be displayed for each day.

I was sure someone else would already have submitted this idea -- thank you and 100% agree! Workfront team, although I do appreciate the upgraded calendar look and feel, please do provide us with an option to see all entries or collapse, or any possible way to be able to see all calendar entries at once without having to scroll within each day. Thank you!

Agreed with above. If you switch the calendar to the week view you can see all the entries on each day and looks like that top box scales week by week depending on how many entries.  A simple solution would be make the boxes scalable for each row when on the month view to accommodate the listings.  We scroll anyway in that view to see so the whole month doesn't have to fit on the one screen to start.
