I would like the header customization functionality mentioned here.

I support allowing admins to control and customize what is displayed in project, issue and task headers. Specific use case: Remove Planned Completion Date field in a request, and insert a custom date field mapped from the request custom form (the requested due date entered by the requester).

In addition, we would love to be able to add custom fields in an issue or project header through Layout Templates.

When a report is embedded on a dashboard, the filters, views and groupings are hidden, and the chevrons must be clicked to expand the menu. I agree! This fully embraces the advantage of the PROOF! This idea also inherently means that requesters should have the ability to add/generate proofs, not just workers and planners. I fully support giving requesters/reviewers/collaborators the ability to add proofs.
