  • Hi Susan, I would recommend reaching out to your Account Executive (AE: sales person) to ask them to submit a request for our latest security docs (SOC report for example) and we can email a copy to you. As for the FDA as a validated system, I can't provide any specifics, but our security team can d...

  • Hi Denver, The default limit for timesheets is 45 additional items. You can pin more, but that's the default. If you want to change the limit, please reach out to Workfront Support. We can then request temporary access to an admin account in your environment, log in as that admin, open our back end,...

  • Hi Michael, Great answers here already, and Anthony has some fabulous information. In regards to the original question, Status Update is a field that pulls the last update made by the owner of that object. We also do not currently allow editing of updates, which is why you can't add the updates tab ...

  • Hi Sydney, It is possible, though it can get complex fast. Here's a short one I put together in my own environment to show how it's done at a project report level: AND:1:tasks:status=CPL INP NEW ONH AND:1:tasks:status_Mod=eq tasks:roleID=GUID tasks:roleID_Mod=in Note: Where I put GUID in the 3rd lin...

  • Hey Mike, You'd go to Reporting -> New Report -> Category Here's a basic example from my own environment: The category report will give you a name of just the custom forms (may or may not be useful.) The parameter report is likely much more important for you, and looks like this: I hope this info he...

  • Hi Tracy, You can create a category report (category = custom form), parameter report (custom field) and then export it to excel, pdf, or csv. Also, you could use a kickstart to export it to an excel sheet and then convert that to a pdf. Just a few thoughts. Thanks, Dustin Martin Tier 2 Assigned Sup...

  • Hello Catherine, We don't keep track of who changes data inside a custom form, but you can add in columns for "Last Updated By: Name" and "Last Update Date" in the view on the Custom Form list, or Custom Field list. That'll at least get you pretty close to what you're looking for. We're also in the ...

  • Hey folks, Quick FYI, the error occurs when the database table is read only, as it can't commit the change to the object you're working on. I usually see this problem happen when we're doing maintenance and people are still working in the system, or if 2 people happen to do an action on the same obj...
