  • Hey Monique, Are you using a project report, or a task report? A project report would require you to reference a collections for the tasks.A task report would be a bit more simple... it would still require you to use isCP=true (is cross-project)Take a gander at the API Explorer: https://experience.w...

  • The only generic ones would be automatic reminders, because they are system generated. A project created will generate email from the person that entered the project (if it's in current or equivalent status) OR the person that sets the status to current ("A project I'm on becomes active"). This shou...

  • Hi Michelle, They should be sent back to the individual that triggered them. Meaning, if I tag you in an update, and you are expected to receive an email for "When someone tags me in an update", I should get the bounced email. Dustin Martin Assigned Support Engineer Workfront

  • Hi Chris, I'd love to see it implemented in the future, and I'm pretty sure there's already an idea on the Idea Exchange for it. You're right though, it's just a paragraph field on their main project level custom form. The problem you'll run into is you can only inline edit data for objects it's on....

  • Hello Chris, The short answer is no. The longer answer is also no, but here's why: the update stream is its own object type, and cannot be inline edited. We've considered redesigning this for a few years, and I'm pretty sure there are ideas on the Idea Exchange for this. The alternative that I have ...

  • Hi Jill, I would recommend reaching out to your ASE and chatting with them. We each have strengths that we can use to help our customers better utilize the system. =) Dustin Martin Assigned Support Engineer Workfront

  • Hi Maddy, Nothing yet, but it's still something we're considering. Right now we're focusing on the New Workfront Experience. The update stream hasn't had many changes in the nearly 6.5+ years I've been here, but we did add in RTF not all that long ago (or so it seems to me..!) so we are working on t...

  • Hey Kevin, I'm familiar with most of our WSA team, as they came from Support, and I've been here for a few years.. That said, in terms of actual technical job description.. The ASE would be the main point of contact for all technical issues within Workfront, handling things like determining if funct...

  • Hi Jillian, Did your department purchase an Assigned Support Engineer, or a Workfront System Admin? Both are 2 different roles, both available to purchase. The ASE (myself for example) is your point of contact for all support related requests, be it "How do I build a report to show x-y-z?" to "This ...

  • Hey Michelle, Christina is spot on. I had a customer schedule a refresh for a Monday, but was unaware they had a dev team that had 32 projects that weren't backed up. Those projects were lost because they weren't aware. Coincidentally, another one of the customers I support had a similar situation, ...
