Each vote on this should count for 10.  It just says "Approve", "Changes" and "Reject" right now. "Changes" is too broad and we get stuck in neverending revision loops. And "Reject" is too harsh, we'd prefer it say "Revise" or something to that effect.

Agreed. Historical reporting is a big gap in Workfront. Leadership wants to see the progress we've made and YoY or MoM comparisons where current state alone isn't enough.
