It would be great to have more wildcards so we can put a report on a custom tab that would only pull needed info for that particular project to make analytics/metrics run much smoother as each project is ready for that to run.

New users are looking for a road map tool within Workfront. The marketing team would love to have this!

It would be fantastic if you generate a proof - then the proofing tool opens by default. This would be super helpful in the new Home with the document icons. If you generate a proof, I'd assume that you want the proofing tool to be used, therefore always opening in the tool.

In the new user interface, it isn't clear who has been tagged already. When replying, it would be nice to see who's been tagged already to not duplicate efforts, or add someone who hasn't been

When you update a proof comment, it does not update here in the cumulative list.

I can see both sides too. We could proof 15+ documents a project and all those comments rolling up on 15 documents could get scary too.

I noticed that if you give a document approval in the new home, you cannot access the proofing tool unless you click all the way into the task. I have been playing with the filters in the new "Home" to see what will work for us, and I have noticed when you have issues checked off, it gives me all the issues I have converted into projects. Is there a way to not show those? Unchecking "working on" does get rid of them, but also wipes out task...

We noticed that when we have a person and a team assigned to a task, when the person hits "done with my part" it closes the request. The person is NOT part of the team. If this is indeed a glitch, we'd like to be able to have a person and a team assigned on requests without this happening. thanks...

People don't realize a request has been converted and leave comments or update forms. It would be great to link these 2 more so if people make that error - it will alert and update on the resolving object
