Thank you for the additional context! We were considering sending emails for the edits as well, but we decided against it, so that we don't send duplicate emails if someone let's say made a simple typo.  How frequent are the cases where the edit results in conceptual changes of the comment content?

Hi @CustomerSu , You should be able to enable the image attachment functionality from your instance from Setup -> Interface-> Update Feeds -> Preferences . Let me know if that worked or if you have any questions.
