Please submit feedback in the beta from WF about this as I think the intended behavior is to be able to edit anytime. I submitted as well as I found the same thing a couple weeks ago.

Hi, I’d take a look at your notifications you have/don’t have enabled. There are notifications for when a new task or issue is assigned to you and when the predecessors for them have been completed (therefore letting you know yours can begin).

Yes, @ReneStC if you're trying to do what @KatherineLa mentions above, that is possible. What I'm saying others have said is the desire to set this even more specifically in a layout template so XYZ projects can have a default task view but ABC projects may have a different default task view instead...

It's great that users can log time in WF via the Creative Cloud WF plugin. However, some of our teams are pretty strict on adding notes when logging time, and this is not currently available in the plugin, so it is an obstacle to get some teams to use this. Thanks for considering!

I believe there are other Ideas to be able to sort proof comments by person or by time - can’t find at the moment but fyi so you look and upvote!
