In a subsequent release, WF made it possible to 'undo' comment within 7 seconds of posting, but this would be move valuable if there was no time limit and users could edit an update anytime.

Hi there, you can do this via layout templates. When you go into a layout template and select the Project, Task, Request/Issues types, you can see what pulls into the headers and modify them with certain fields.
