@arappold are you referring to within Jumpseat (my comment above on Jumpseat)? You can create different roles within Jumpseat but it is moreso tied to what they see in WorkFront, rather than what they can do in Jumpseat setup. I think Jumpseat users are either admin or not.

What we’ve done as a workaround is entering company holidays or schedule ‘exceptions’ as an issue in a request queue that populates directly on a WF calendar, and bring in all Time Off in that calendar too (Time Off is already an element you can pull into a calendar). It helps!

This is managed through the proof reviewers/approvers proof notifications.  They will get notified if a comment is resolved if they have 'All Activity' as their proof notification.
