Hi, We use an onboarding template for new users to use after they've been trained. We don't use any scoring it for it though. I'm on the project so I can see if they are doing things correctly. Hope that helps. Here's a screen grab of it.

This does't seem to be working for my users. If they are searching for a reference #, it doesn't show up for them. A real hindrance when they are trying to find previous documents so they update them. Jennifer Jennifer Miklasz
Hi Cameron, Yes, we set up a group for our team and we all receive the request at the same time. Whoever has capacity picks up the request. But in your case, one person can assign it to someone else. We don't use the subscribe function. Hope that helps, Jennifer Jennifer Miklasz
Aloha Kevin, So we actually have them set up as Vendor - Review licenses. In the Access Levels section, you can choose what they have access to. Here's a screenshot:
