Templates are appearing on my end. Have you tried to clear the cache and history in the browser to see if that does the trick? Not sure if this related but I did just see an issue come through with the admin console impacting some customers.

Our team uses the Custom Fields area in Setup and changes the view to include the Forms parameter to see the forms tagged to a field. Then you could add a new filter to target a specific field name. Example:
