I have 1 user on my team that was having this same issue yesterday for the home page and reports. It was only happening when using Chrome and we had cleared the cache and history a couple of times. I am hoping it resolved for them overnight like Ross's did.

You may be able to explore text mode to try and filter out based on your parameters using IF statements. I am trying this on my end with a report. Are you pulling the task status for your last 2 rules in the list?

Can you try putting the red background color on the last column rule (If Status Not in DN) in your list?

You can only add one filter in a column rule, but you can stack multiple column rules working from the top down.
