Agree with Skye. We ended up using this option and had to make the message very generic from what we would have like to have had. You can create a Milestone Report and then add a report prompt for the the Milestone Path Name that you would like to review. This will pull in the list of all the milestones in the milestone path that you can use side by side with the milestone path builder window open in another browser.

We were not able to find a way to monitor when a user would copy projects. We ended up turning off the copy ability in the access level settings to prevent this go forward & to maintain a clean system for our automations and reports.    

@MichaelSMN  If you add a grouping for the Job Role Name then you can sum the Planned Hours column. Then have the report load to the Summary Tab by default under the report options. This will display one line item for each role that is totaled up for planned hours.   Grouping: Planned Hours Summed: ...
