Is website personalization working through the Campaign web channel, and do you see the issue only with the Journey web channel?

I believe this level of granularity (where all segments are visible, but some segments are view-only while others are editable based on permissions) is not available at this time.

@ArunLa  have you followed all the prerequisites mentioned in the link, especially Active-On-Edge Merge Policy?

checkout profile management permission,  profile management permission applies to all segments, if you want to hide a specific segment or audience, you need to use labels, either you can create custom labels or utilize core labels.  https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/acce...

@ArunLa The offer decision with Web SDK appears to be available globally now, however, simulation should work independently of Web SDK. The offer and decision creation look correct. Please create a support ticket and share your findings here.

@ArunLa "Product Profile" role assignment shouldn't be an issue.  Check offer start and end dates, other configurations look fine.
