We would like to also be able to sort the order which multi-checkbox or drop-down options show up when they are displayed in reports. The order the options show up in their appropriate column seems random.
We would move more of our creative brief process to Workfront if there was a way to export the data in custom forms! PDF, Word, Excel, etc. would be great.
Hi - I'd like to suggest the idea of being able to disable the notification you get when a proof upload has failed. Oftentimes, we upload files to Workfront that are not meant to be proofs, like zips and emails, for other people to see - in those instances, we don't need to know that the proof faile...
The Export PDF option should include the actual changes that being made vs. just having the proof populate with the mark-ups (strikethroughs, boxes, etc.). We often work with agencies where we will have a point person in Workfront but then they turn the changes around to the actual creative team, an...
We ran into this as well and I did a lot of research...high-level details below. The group that gets assigned by default is the first one in your Groups list. You can map Home Group in the auto-provision details, but we chose not to do so because in our testing, it was overriding a user's existing H...
Yes! We just encountered this issue ourselves - it was weird that the "flag" for the proofing comment appeared in the right-hand nav, but then when you clicked on the proof, it was not there. (Converting from issue to task.)
I would love this - and any comment tools, in addition to sticky notes. I get a lot of pushback from people who still want to mark up Adobe PDFs and then upload into Workfront - at least this would get them more involved with the proofing tool. Right now, they try to avoid at all costs.
Hi! We implemented Workfront in Jan. 2015. At the time, there were 4 of us on the core implementation team (down to 3 now). The 3 of us that remain are alll under the impression that when we originally were taught Workfront, we were told that any Task notifications (i.e. I've been assigned to a Task...
Thank you for taking the time to reply! Unfortunately this is not a Project, this is a Task, so neither of the items below are available for me to troubleshoot on a Task level. This is a real head-scratcher, ha ha.
