Hi @HanzalahUs  Visits are Cookie-based and unless you are able to send the same cookies that are returned from the first server call with the subdomain server call, the user won't be identified as the same.  

The MCMID contains the ECID. Can you validate that the s_ecid cookie is present in those cases where the functionality does not work?
