Hello everyone, I'm in AEM as a Cloud service with provisioned sandbox and I'm trying to download service credentials, yesterday I could view it,  but toay when I click Get Service Credentials I get Http 403  Any help will be appreciated

However I'm not able to edit template as there's no layout container. Edit:I creted a new page in we-retail website, which uses page-content template:  But it's still not editab...
