What is the date range that you have in your panel?   The purple date ranges that you add to the table override the panel date range, so we know what date range your first image has. But knowing what date range you're using for your second image would be helpful.

If you want to use the Bot Rules to exclude an IP range, you can select "IP range" from the dropdown. So you would enter the lower and upper ranges for the IPs that you want to exclude.

There isn't a cost for report builder. If you have Adobe Analytics/CJA, then report builder is included. You just have to download it from the Microsoft Store (the "purchase required" is you buying AA/CJA to begin with).

When you have an alert set up, it takes you to a prebuilt workspace. There isn't currently a way to change the workspace layout by default, but once you open the alert you can modify it and save it. Once the dashboard is open, you can treat it like any other workspace.
