  • When it comes to counting unique visitors, Adobe uses cookie IDs to identify individuals. Things that can impact whether a visitor looks like a new customer would be stuff like clearing their cookies, using a private browsing window (like incognito), changing browsers, or changing devices. If someon...

  • If you're looking at this by day, it's possible that a visit could start on one day and continue to the next. For example, if I come to the website at 11:55pm, and stay on the site until 12:15am, it's one visit, but it spans two days. So in a table where you're looking at it by day, that visit will ...

  • I'm not quite sure I'm following what you're asking. What is counting multiple times? If you're looking at page views, it's definitely possible to view the same page more than once.    Maybe you can give an example of how you're building out your table? What dimension are you using and against which...

  • I don't typically use this panel, but I did just try it now to see, and I'm also getting the same error you are.  So chances are that there is some type of bug. The best thing to do would be to reach out to Adobe customer support (If you don't have access to do that, reach out to one of your admins ...

  • Have you tried asking the rest of your team what extension/debugger they're using that lets them see the events in the console? Despite it sometimes having issues, the one that I use the most in the console is https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/debugger-for-adobe-analyt/bdingoflfadhnjohjaplgin...

  • Each of the certifications has an accompanying prep guide. This is the link to the one for AD0-E212. Exam Prep Guide   In each of the sections there are summaries about the different topics and then links to the documentation to read up on the topics. My advice, beyond just reading about the topics ...

  • Tracking traffic from AI sources is a huge topic right now. I haven't personally worked on trying to identify this traffic, but there is a blog post by the excellent @EricMatisoff that talks about AI traffic. There might be something in there that can help you out.  https://main--rockstar--ericmatis...

  • If you don't currently have access, the best way to start is with the LinkedIn Learning courses by Eric Matisoff. There are two courses for Adobe Analytics and one for Customer Journey Analytics. But with all of them you get access to a sandbox environment, so you can practice along with the learnin...

  • Unfortunately, no, there isn't any way to filter a table using a metric. Both of the above answers are AI generated, and unfortunately AI often lies/is wrong. In this case, there is no such thing as a filter by row option for freeform tables. It's not always a good idea to trust AI.

  • I agree with @Jennifer_Dungan, the static number is definitely the way to go.    To build it, you just need to make a new calculated metric, and then from the dropdown select "static number". Then you can type in whatever number you want, and it will always stay the same.
