Hello, I've tried everything I'm capable of doing to convert this file I received from my old overseas bank. I get the following message when I try to open it: I have a MAC computer and when I try the prompt to the first suggested resolution, I am unable to send the file. I would just really appreciate being able to send this to someone to convert it, as that option was offered by Adobe. I'm not capable of coding or complicated resolutions. Can anyone else me please?
