I am able to create an AEM Experience Fragment and Export to Target successfully. I can see the XF as an Offer in Target and also able to replace activity content with the EF. Is it possible to preform an API call to ACS Audiences?  The online documentation seems to be quite limited to Profiles and Services.

I'm trying to GET users based on their cusUserID. Any idea how to do this in the API? Also is there a dictionary or more detailed version of the API documentation, there appears to be a ton of stuff missing which I've had to work out via trial and error, not ideal.
