Hi, For the following report can you please confirm - how to read
this?The total engagement% at the top shows 20.07%but, when you take
average of all four numbers (there are 4 rows only, nothing in
unspecified) - the average is 27.69%, why not 20.07%or if we add all the
numbers, the total is 110 - why not 100%can anyone please explain?

Not possible to make changes in historic data.Since there were two page
load server calls in the historic data, you can reduce the final value
of average time spent marginally. But for me, average time would be
fine, as the server calls would have happened simultaneously.
