Yes, that's the current list of available dimensions. If it cannot be expanded, then it does limit it's ability to function as a holistic analytic/reporting environment. The reporting in ACS isn't reliable, and Analytics doesn't have all the data. Guess it's external solutions. Thanks.

Thanks for that info @amgup we currently have all of that configured and running, I can access other dimension data. But the dimensions I've specified do not exist. Looking at the system workflow, there isn't any user configuration with the JS that is run.

Within Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS) reporting, I can't access the following dimensions:Tracking URL CategoryTracking URL LabelBut I cannot seem to find those dimensions in my Adobe Analytics Workspace environment. Is there something that I am missing or need to setup? Is this possible for other ACS dimensions?

Hi @craigthonis, that knowledge article does not cover "Content Blocks" and/or inserting of Asset media into a content block.

When creating a Content Block, how do I reference or link to images stored in Assets? What is the process for getting the correct URL or process for linking, is it possible?

Thanks for that answer. How is the storage usage of those assets managed?

We appear to not have access to Experience Cloud Asset, as we just use ACS 'standalone'. Is there a way to manage images and assets used in campaigns, without having to re-upload the same images over and over? How is the storage usage and those assets managed?

No File found for path. So the correct path based on those known values in the first post, cannot be supplied or known?

Hi,I've taken a look at this support document, but it's not well written and has some wrong information. Transfer File Activity - File(s) present on the ACS server Now I'm trying to an absolute answer, and I've seen this asked with not absolute answer.Example. My instance URL is: sample.campaign.adobe.com.My file is saved in the following folder hierarchy on the server: /incoming/campaign/filehere.csv (/sftp/sample)What is the 100% correct path needed to target that file for the above informatio...

I'm not sure you're understanding the question, or I'm missing something. Email Rendering is done at the test phase of an email, and isn't needed for an actual campaign send. So it doesn't know the recipients. So how does that help in a report to identify actually received emails to our customers and identifying email client data at the customers end?

I'll have to look into this, but it's strange that other email platforms can have this OOB feature (that I assume is quite important), but ACS doesn't.

I think you've misunderstood the question, I'm after client data from actual Campaign Sends. Not testing data.

Hi, I'm unable to find a report based on the recipients Mail Client. With the rendering of, real-world, emails vastly different in Outlook 2013, 2016 & 365. I'm trying to get a breakdown of our customers, so as to focus on the larger groups when we have rendering issues. I can find, Platform, Device and Browser. But no client data. Thanks,

We're looking to integrate our existing D365 with ACS. Looking at the cross-channel communications, will this allow D365 activities to be passed to ACS for automated campaign/workflow or transactional message triggers? So key events within D365 used to automate/trigger or allow for trigger points within ACS programs?
