There is no "automatic" picture clause which does that to my knowledge. The plus character is treated as a space on output. Even if you get a '+' character in front, it would also remain with negative values. You could try scripting.

ok, I can open the file when I download it first. The current browsers such as Chrome etc are not able to display so called XFA based PDF forms. You must have the Adobe Reader software installed on your PC, download the PDF and open it from your harddrive. Then you can fill it out.
