Thanks @Milan_Vucetic and @DavidKangni We are under the impression, we would need to do recompute on nms:delivery for everything to be in sync. Could you suggest what schema other than delivery could be a best practice? Like simply going with nms:broadlog or nms:broadlogmsg? Also any way to update this loop : for each(var delivery in res.delivery) ? Instead of fetching all deliveries, could we just focus on ones imported from our files? We don't have any internal queries getting hit. The filter ...

Hi @Milan_Vucetic,Actually we are not using Adobe MTAs for delivery. We have our custom MTAs, based on logs we filter out the delivery sends and with help of target flow, have the data inserted in resp tables. That's the reason we have use this route. Once entries are in place, we recompute the schema so that we have correct send count along with bounces. So could you please help us with the recompute logic as to how we can simple play around only import delivery ids instead of entire stuff to h...

Performance Issues in Recomputing logic

Hi,For recomputing, we are using logic that works on entire nms:delivery schema. We came across following solution across the community but it doesn't seem to fix our problem either since the logic is similar and performing on entire nms:delivery schema, );var res = query.ExecuteQuery();var count = 0;for each(var delivery in res.delivery){var dId = delivery.@id;//step 2: recompute statistics and trackingvar nmsDeliveryDirtyFlags_tracking = 1; // tracking logsvar nmsDeliveryDirtyFlags_messageCoun...

Need msgId at individual recipient level as against operator level in 'BroadlogMsg' table
Avatar

Hi, Have a query with resp to how I could deal with failure reasons at individual recipient level since I am using my custom MTA? Like from my custom MTA logs, I am able to figure out success and failures, but when I see the 'NmsBroadLogMsg' table, only one 'ibroadmsgId' per operator is mapped. So if my delivery has multiple failure reasons how could I map it in said table without any unique identifiers? 1. Could I consider 'NmsBroadLogMsg' table along with 'NmsBroadLogRcp' as core tables that w...

How to track failure reasons against individual recipients along with filtering if the table corresponds to NMS:BroadlogMsg

Hi,My query is with resp to failure reasons corresponding to hard / soft bounce stats. Actually I am not directly using adobe MTA, but built my custom MTA through which deliveries are happening. From these logs, I am mapping success / failures and then dumping into 'NmsBroadLogRcp' and 'NmsBroadLogMsg' tables.'NmsBroadLogMsg' table deals with failure reasons and types but corresponds at operator level instead of individual recipients associated with delivery. Here's what am doing,1. Basically what tables do I need to refer. Since I have my custom MTA, so picking up those logs and what tables to dump? broadlogrcp - Delivery success / failure Instead of going via import work-flow route, I manually inserted new entry in nmsbroadlogmsg table with mailbox full error against soft bounce event code, based on msgId, inserted similar kind of record in nmsbroadlogrcp with other details like success / failure and deliveryID. Thanks @Ishan. To this, how could brodlogmsg table be useful since it just has the operator level info. Like say, I have 7 email domains in my delivery and 2 of them fail, how this could be differentiated in broadlogmsg table, we we just have operator who has scheduled delivery info with msgid been common for all associated deliveries by operator. Further, could we use nmsaddress table? Correct me here, As per my understanding there's no direct way to insert hard / soft bounce stats. Both hard /...

Hi @isahore, I inserted values into nmsbroadlogmsg table with resp to failures, but don't see them getting updated in nmsdeliverylogstats table. As a result nothing's available on UI reporting with resp to unreachable, mailbox full, etc and corresponding hard / soft bounces.

Importing data in multiple tables

For import, my custom MTA is dumping the data in text files, which I map to corresponding fields in adobe for insertion in broadlogrcp table. But I didn't find a way or option to have import / insertions in multiple tables at the same time. Could someone please let me know the steps or attach a snap pic for better understanding.

Hi @kapil, Basically, I had two more questions, since I am integrating my MTA server with adobe, upon delivery I need to trace back the stats back to adobe for reporting. 1. Hi @manoj, still no luck. Couldn't find a way to attach the snap here so that you will get a fair bit of idea where I am looking. But here's the flow in campaign classic where I am looking for the stats : "open delivered mail->select summary tab->delivery option(Right top)->Non-deliverables and bounces". Could you confirm what table I need to refer, so that I could see stats or its the same one?

Hi @manoj, Actually, I am planning to use adobe.com domain, so that its tracked by default by adobe system. Now the issue what I am facing is, since I am using my own MTA server for deliveries, the url links upon delivery get encrypted as expected but instead of using adobe domain, its picking up my mta server name which leads to invalid domain issue causing links not to re-direct. So am looking for a solution, where-in I can use adobe domain and nothing to be done at my end when it comes to lin...

Hi,Wanted to know where and what configuration needs to be added for links used in delivery content to use a standard, say adobe domain? Like I am integrating adobe with my system server, have done the configurations accordingly, wherein it does call my MTA, but upon delivery, what-ever links I had, say www.google.com gets encrypted into a said format with my server name as domain. So redirection fails. To avoid this, I feel, somwhere in configuration need to add adobe domain, so that my links g...
