RDBMS statistics update - Adobe Campaign 27-12-2021
Hello, In the database cleanup workflow, when XtkCleanup_NoStats is set to 0, it does a "RDBMS statistics update".What does it mean exactly? Is it some kind of vaccum? I am running ACC on a Oracle DB. So no vaccum functionnality.Any idea? Thank you,

Hello Thibault, You generally get this error when the template is not existing on the RT instances. (check with support if they can find your template of your RT instances)First, make sure you have published your template. Can you display the publication date on your delivery template view? Also check which RT external account are enabled on your markting instance to check where the publications are done.If your template is published, it means you're probably not using the right event type.Open ...

Hello David, it is scheduled every 1h but the scheduler does not have any effect since it takes at least several hours, sometimes 1 day to be completed so it never stop running. No error, but just slow apparently.

Hello David, I mean 2 marketing instances connected to one unique database. Clearing local cache did not solve anything we had to import package of schemas from both marketing instances. So that's why I am guessing there are some kind of cached schemas on the marketing server.

Hello,Our architecture is based on 2 production servers both hosting a marketing instance, connected to the one database.Sometimes, when importing data schemas with the import package wizard on one of the instances, it looks, like it is impacting the database correctly but not the marketing instance on which it was not imported. It looks to me that data schemas and forms are somehow cached somewhere on the marketing instance as files.Do you know where/when/how? and how is it possible to securely...

Hi Deb, thank you for your answer. We heard about the BCC solution, but maintaining an inbox with the emails is not optimal for us regarding the large amount of emails we will have to save. And we're not sure about the impact of delivrability or time process; that's why we're a looking for another way to save the content of emails..
