I try to import a negative value, under amount event column by using data source. I used ($xxx.00), but it didn't work. How do you import a negative value in data source

Hello, Workspace rows settings doesn't make sense at all, especially for "Show as sum of current rows".As I select certain numbers of rows, the total number is still higher than without selecting any rows at all.  How can it be?
