Workspace Rows Settings doesn't Make Sense

Hello, 

Workspace rows settings doesn't make sense at all, especially for "Show as sum of current rows".

As I select certain numbers of rows, the total number is still higher than without selecting any rows at all. 

How can it be?

Are you sure? I have tried a few times and it is perfect. Can you share the screengrab?
